No Offensive Content: Do not post or send content that is offensive, obscene, or sexually explicit.
Event Creation and Participation

Be Honest: Provide accurate and truthful information when creating events.
Respect Commitments: If you RSVP to an event, make every effort to attend or notify the organizer if you cannot attend.
h. Respectful Hosting and Participation
Be a Responsible Host: As an event organizer, create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Ensure that your events are safe and enjoyable for all participants.
Respect Event Rules: Follow the guidelines and rules set by event organizers.
i. Prohibited Events
Illegal Activities: Do not create events that involve illegal activities or encourage others to engage in illegal activities.
Hate Speech and Discrimination: Events promoting hate speech, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic are strictly prohibited.
Dangerous Activities: Do not create events that involve dangerous or harmful activities, including but not limited to extreme sports without proper safety measures, substance abuse, or self-harm.
Sexually Explicit Content: Events that involve sexually explicit content or activities are not allowed.
Commercial Activities: Unauthorized commercial events, such as sales pitches or product promotions, are prohibited without prior approval from Tiwoly.
j. Reporting and Enforcement
Reporting Violations
Report Issues: If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, report it using the platform’s reporting tools or contact our support team.
Confidentiality: Reports will be handled confidentially to protect the privacy of all parties involved.
Consequences of Violations
Investigation: Reported violations will be investigated promptly and thoroughly.
Disciplinary Actions: Depending on the severity of the violation, disciplinary actions may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
When creating or participating in events on Tiwoly, you agree to:
– Provide accurate and truthful information about the event.
– Respect the rules and guidelines set by event organizers.
– Ensure that events do not involve unauthorized commercial activities or prohibited content as specified in our Code of Conduct in epigraphe number 4.
You retain ownership of any content you post on Tiwoly. By posting content, you grant Tiwoly a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on Tiwoly for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using the platform.
Tiwoly and its associated logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property are owned by Tiwoly Sweden AB. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Tiwoly intellectual property without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or its users. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any content you have posted on Tiwoly.
To the extent permitted by law, Tiwoly Sweden AB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
– Your use of or inability to use Tiwoly.
– Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
– Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Tiwoly.
– Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through Tiwoly by any third party.
– Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through Tiwoly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiwoly Sweden AB and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of Tiwoly, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Tiwoly will be resolved through binding arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our platform and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of Tiwoly after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
